Today at 21.03 I went to speak to her after crossing the windbreak walking through the nettles climbing the fence and falling on my side. I threw a few small stones at her window to get her attention and when she came outside I asked her if we could start again as friends and see where things go. It was me who asked for the friendship not her. She told me she did not trust me and her words affected me more than I expected. I became overwhelmed and could barely speak so I asked if I could talk to her tomorrow. She said she would decide whether to give me a chance. I left because I could not control my emotions but returned when she called my name. She remained completely calm while I struggled to express myself. I feel embarrassed by how vulnerable I appeared but perhaps the only rational thing now is to accept whatever happens and let her go if she truly does not want me in her life.
