Abusive household. Involuntarily a neet, been trying to find a job or apprenticeship for an actual year straight. Sub 5 khhv, got like 3 friends that dont really give a shit about me. I have never felt so defeated in my life. I just feel trapped, dont have my license either. Have completely all motivation to even look at job applications. I seriously spend most of my day (genuinely like 5 hours a day scrolling on tiktok)

I have fried my dopamine receptors so badly to the point I genuinely cannot find a single youtube video/video game/ anything that requires attention span rewarding or feel good to watch/do.

I can literally feel my brain hurting from my lack of social interactions and my dopamine receptors actually destroyed.

Dont see a way out feel trapped might rope soon
