no i take 1mg and i don t run anything. Just make an bloodwork and see whats ur hormonal profile, after that make ur own decision but for me i start at 3 days, 2 days after 3 month and now for one year everyday. I have the best hair and skin ever, also helped me with pores. For libido i don t have problems
