Some fat/chubby guys think it is gyno when they only got titty fat. You can have manboobs without gyno.. actually pretty much every fat or chubby guy gets it to some extent, titty fat, though not real gyno. However the fatter you are the more of your T is converted into E in adipose tissue, so you are at increasing high risk of actual gyno the fatter you get.

I also thought and was afraid I maybe had gyno when I was chubby/fat but all the fat there went away after I got lean.
