If you live in America, Kroger has this brand called "simple truth" which sells fresh never frozen chicken.

Fresh never frozen meat still has growth hormones for anti aging and height growth.

You can get fresh organs from the whole chicken. My favorite part of the chicken muscle meat wise is the thigh. I love chicken thigh.
