I just asked chatgpt to give me a good new haircut and it actually made me taller and widened my shoulders and if I was as broad as I was in that image I would have never touched a computer. And not just in person but in images too you can literally have zero changes to your face, physique, or height, and broaden your shoulders and you look 30x as masculine and respectable.
