i’m gonna a try to get down to like 10% body fat to get a more defined jaw, but i have these lymph nodes under my jawline that absolutely rape me. If i’m not satisfied at low body fat imma just get my wisdom teeth removed to try to fix the swollen lymph nodes. i’m at abt 20% bf rn.

i’m saying that cuz i have bad fat distribution when i got down to 20% bf i’ve recently had a surplus of girls interested in me and i just think getting lower will bring more, and it’d be a huge confidence boost for me. but i softmaxx hella already

losing fat is like a top 5 softmax when the difference in BF% is not subtle.
20% to sub 10% will be huge and is necessary to even accurately analyze your face and what all you need to improve. Go from there
