Money, timing and "luck" is all you need for LTR.you gotta be better than other "committing" guys around her, it can be "genetics(looks and physical traits)" or " recourses(money) or "power(status)".
Chad's won't settle for girls easily because they got unlimited girls to enjoy, so girls have no option than other guys to choose if they want to secure a healthy ltr atm.
After so many years I think I have seen so many examples of average looking guys succeeding with attractive and high value girls that I don't care about looks theory for ltr at all. It's all about timing and luck for ltr,a girl chooses her bf depending on many factors other than looks, she might be lonely for many years and desperately look for a relationship so she chooses her best current guy that is chasing her,some times her friends start a relation ship and she might find a guy asap to fit in with her friends and to not fall behind them and some times he might look average. She chooses the safest guy in her life for ltr, that can be the best option guy in university or work places or her social group that she can get because that's what's available for her and is the safest and accessible option atm.of course if she got an attractive orbiter then she will choose that guy 100% but attractive guys won't do that usually unless the girl is top tier looks wise.
Of course for raw sexual attraction the only thing you need is physical attraction, but for ltr and long term relationships (only option for most guys ) having more recourse than others (money) compered to other guys around her is the most important option+ luck (be there at the right time when she needs)and timing.also trusting guys from social media for a ltr is hard, you need matching age, place you live, interests and etc... . real life is the best option to choose a guy for a secure and lasting long term relationship.
this doesn't mean most guys will succeed with the girl they actually want, and this isn't a coping positive post, in fact my overall point is that succeeding is just out of your power. most of the times you aren't there at the right time, you aren't the best around her, most will fail and a few lucky will get it and you have no power to change it, and if you improve some aspect of your life after many years like status money or looks, the chances are she isn't there anymore. some will try the hardest and fail and some have the right timing and luck so they succeed.
