I just started a diet, I eat like 1600kcal max with high nutrition, exercise and an hour of hot sun outside shirtless.

I should start to feel better overtime.

Sadly it just stressed me out ehen i was sating 1500 cals gym and walking i rested a week due to ankle injury and i feel much better

Trust me losing weight is good, your libido/testosterone altogether increases, your cognitive abilities improve, you will feel better.
