Im embarrassed over my extreme hair thinning

I have taken finasteride, minoxidil etc, but now it's starting to be extreme. I can feel the itching in my scalp no matter what I do. Maybe the finasteride is some placebo I have gotten because the doctor doesn't approve of it. But shit. I don't know how to react if I end up being almost bald. Shit is embarrassing. If it affects my chance of getting women I am embarrassing of not acting on more opportunities and instead choosing to gap instead of getting girls that are interested. And 2nd. Just lol at losing your hair. It just going away. What the fuck can you even do. It's just fucking nature lol. What will my "fans" think. People that have looked up to me, girls that have had a crush/flirted with me think, when I come down the street with no hair left lol.
