I had a HT at the end of October. Right now, my hair is growing back everywhere ... except in the donor area. In that region, my hair looks as bad as never before. There's literally nothing left.
I was starting to panic, but then I read in the papers they gave me that it is normal to experience "shock loss" in the first two months after the HT, and that it will regrow in the next months. The internet says this:
So here I am right now, waiting for the regrow, while my hair in the donor area looks completely dead now. The rest of my hair looks mostly normal, and there are no scars visible anywhere. Everything's fine, now I just have to see hair in the donor area in the next months.
