Im extremely paranoic

I think every friend of mine larps liking the same things as me so they can make fun of me later when im not around, and i think my family hates me, and everytime i see content about things i like i feel like someone is watching me from behind judging me for everything i like. Is this happening to someone else?? Or it is just me??

Also when someone compliments me i automatically think they are making fun of me, but this is probably more normal and relatable
