Cuckmerica is overly harsh on those who commit crime. The bigger problem is getting a job after, as literally every job does criminal background checks, meaning you would then need fees to get it expunged.

My friend who got falsely accused had to spend a few k extra on top of a lawyer which was a few k for a false drug charge. I told him to sue the police department but his dumbass didnt listen. Could have made bank on some lawsuit. I know that their are lawyers that also work on a % if you don't want to pay, but they are greedy and will take like half of the pay out. Ideally some split, maybe fund half, and give them 20-30% commission.
