I'm feeling hyper suddenly out of nowhere multiple times during the day. How do I put this to good use?

It suddenly hits me and it feels like I've snorted cocaine. I suddenly feel like I'm on top of the world and I'm indestructible. I become zero-inhib and I can do anything I want because no fucks are given. It also comes with the sudden urge to jump, run, yell, dance, and punch stuff. I don't know what the fuck is going on in my brain but it certainly feels like cocaine and ecstasy. There's certain songs that trigger this and I'm using them at the gym to get the most out of my workouts. Is there anything else this is useful for?

My highs last for 10-30 minutes and my downs last for 20-40 minutes or so. It's all non stop, but I love it. I don't even need drugs to feel good.
