You have to try and breathe, its not deadly. Permanent high bloodpressure is, but anxiety attacks are not.

People often mistake them for heart problems, but heart attacks are extremely painful and make you feel a certain kind of dread.

You would instantly call 911 if you felt like having a heart attack or wouldve just passed out in a second.

Most people that get a heart attack call 911 for themselves moments before. Just having ”strong” heartbeats isnt enough. You would not even feel like typing in org.

I think it's due to a structural heart problem or genetic disorder in my case. It is actually over.

I don't think you're old enough to have atherosclerosis which would be causing cardio-vascular symptoms. If you do, then you have/had terrible genetics & a horrid environment.
