what changed it for you

Im not sure, i remember that i constatly felt a massive weight inside my head, a deep sense of depression, that always stopped me from wanting or doing anything.
Felt like this for idk how many years, i couldnt eat or go back doing any kind of physical activity, so complete rot.
Sometimes its still like that but now there are actually things i want to do, especially because my view on life has changed a lot i would say
