It's on it's second day I'll drink it tonight and share the experience with you guys and show the pictures. It's been in it for 2 days but yesterday i opened the lid and poured some (1 day fermentation) now its on its second. Idk if opening the lid affects any shit

to make raw kefir u put the grains and leave it to ferment bro
I did that for a couple of months but the taste was harsh and acidic. Is that normal?
