My abs is starting to pop up and my jawline is becoming more hollower. Its incredible how easy this shit was and I dont even need to go very low body fat levels.
Just eat caloric deficit. Drink a lot of water.. Jog every day. Just do these things and you will get result. When you go out with your friends.. Dont drink any water.. Be dehydrated at that day.. It will take your bloat out.
This is better than having Skinny fat body. Nothing changed in my body other than the fat loss. Frame and muscles are still same.
