well in reality gender is a social construct, so in a world with no social constructs it wouldn't mean you're a woman. We do live in a society though and i don't see any other way you can live your sexual orientation in this world

Exactly, most trans if they don't transition feel something akin to a worse version of incel for life as they are their own erotic target.
They are with themself constantly, can't embrace said sexuality and even fall in love with themselves. The female identity is created through good feelings and bad feelings as sexuality is more than just lust.

Yeah I never understood gender dysphoria till I related with body dysmoprhia which I have. It is truly brutal to be in a body you don't want to be in, priser in your own flesh.
