ive never mentioned that but i was actually an og sugarmaxxer back in the day (gymcel days) i used to eat like an easy 300grams of sugar everyday (because i was bulking) wich caused me to grow these absolute mogger bones (im boneless and look gay). anyways luckily i was never fat (biggest weight i ever was, was 70kg, max bench was like 100kg so i wasnt fat) and could get rid of the facial bloat

Id recommend deadhangs combined with breathing through your belly its called diaphragm breathing or sum(not lungs)

Just flex your glutes and sleep on the floor

If you can squeeze your glutes it means your pelvis is tucked and your glutes in a shortned position, if you cant squeeze them means the pelvis is untucked and stretching the glutes=anterior pelvic tilt
 
I have that shit too i trying to streghten my glutes

belly breathing is the most unoptimal way of breathing
