Full stack row machine full stack Lat pull-down RDL with 40 kg dumbbell each hand for 15 reps, leg press 320 kg for 17 reps and good depth no knee pressing crap, full stack leg curl had some weak nigga tell me to go easy or I’ll break the machine lmao cope

Curling 17.5 kg dumbbells each hand, lying dumbbell curl 12.5 each with full stretch 12 reps. Lateral raises with 15 kg

18 pull ups with body weight and also weighted pull ups

For his weight that is impressive. I can curl mkre but pound for pound he is stronger than me
i dont say im strong but i weigh 62-63 kg and i curl like 22.5kg im weak bro so ye that is not impressive

I was able to curl around 30 kg iirc at my peak but I was way heavier than you. I was like 90-92 kgs. So you are stronger than me pound for pound aswell

ye ig so but i dont really care about how much someone benches curls or anything like that for me it only matters how u look shredded with wide clavs small waist etc

Not shredded. I was like fat jacked. Wide clavs yes but also a wide waist and a bit of a stomach. I am leaner now and have flat stomach but still need to shed morr pounds for a 6 pack.

22.5 each hand db curl is crazy. I probably can’t even get it up

barbell curl is way easier to do 30+ tho

I havent train biceps in years, one time i trained It for one week andthen stopped and on march i tested dumbell biceps curlp with 20kg and did 14 reps. And my arms aré skinny. I weight 61kg

You know what: give me 3 months of training until September 26th, Tha day i will upload a video here tagging you, showing how much i weight and a video of me doing a bar curlp of 60kg for atleast 1 rep.

This Is a Challenge, so you also compete to test if you aré actually strong for your weight. You las upload a video that day, i Will use a Z bar, but if you cant we use other curlp type that we both can do to make It fair
