I have an incredibly recessed maxilla a very narrow palate and somefucking how i still have chin projection which makes me look like a crescent moon , plus i have the worst downwards growth and no ramus whatsoever. currently softmaxxing until i reach my limit then roping . im already a candidate for mse and im starting my orthodontic journey but i think it would work since my palate is like 28 or 29 mm
