No talk to your dermatoligists i am also 60kg on accutane first 2 months i was 20mg then 40 mg and now 50mg daily tell your dermatoligists 20mg wont do shit and you cant secretly take double because you are only prescived a specific anount of pills the pills wont last if you take double
