I'm genuinely 4'10 at 14

My mom is 5'1 and my father's 5'6, how come I got so short
Lately I've been trying everything, I've read a lot of the posts on here on "heightmaxxing" but none of them seem to have helped, its only been a month so I'm still semi hopeful.
I do think my dads growth was stunted though due to living in poverty as his brother is 5'10
I do also think my growth did not reach its maximum potential because growing up I've always had a poor diet, lack of sleep, sun and meds
I'd be fine with reaching 5'4 (btw I DO NOT have dwarfism)
I think I am at the end of my puberty
It hasn't effected my life as severely as people would think
Any advice on what to do or how to cope?

İf somepme got zero idea on how crypto eorks it will take longer

Needs to install apps, learn how to send etc

Also genrally you boy on an exchange where you have to do id check then transfer that to you own wallet then from there to the vendors wallet
