I'm getting a palate expander and a facepull mask soon to fix my sleep apnea, how much more can it ascend me? (14-15yrs)

I have sleep apnea and will get these so i can rid myself of it, but I'm pretty sure because of my age it can help me ascend, right? I lack bone mass especially in my midface and I'm pretty sure both those help. Lastly if I'm not wrong the expander might help my zygos more projected or at least support it which in turn supports my eye area better (which i definitely need). Ik it's over but anything helps please come w ideas.
