I'm getting a septoplasty but in the future I'll get a bimax

The thing is, getting a septoplasty without a rhino would be fucking stupid for me, since my nose is a failo because its tilted to one side

Is it okay to get a rhino before a bimax if I don't lose any projection in my nose? I'd tell the surgeon my future plans so he doesn't fuck things up

not even a septoplasty? Like I guess I could wait until I get the jaw surgery done, but that would be like in 5 years

I thought of this today because I notice when I'm relaxed breathing it sounds a little loud because of the deviated septum lol
