Are we being serious. Do you not have anyone in your irl personal life to share these thoughts with. No one who is trying to actually be helpful on here will react positively to this. Prevention is almost all you can do at any point when dealing with balding. Duta or fin, deramrolling, oral minoxodil. The bottom line is to take action instead of venting like this. Please put in some effort and then return with either results or further serious questions.

How old are you? If you over the age of 20 you should probably hope a DHT blocker to stop the hair loss from getting worse as well as hopping on a regrowth agent such as minoxidil to regrow the hairs you’ve lost / gotten thinner
