Im gonna end up in braces again for 1-2 years prior the surgery.
Rhino revision officially cancelled
5-6mm upper
7-8 lower
+ rotation
these are my predicted movements based on what ive seen in my past years.
probably gonna get genio involved as well for additional projection.

so basically few days ago on my previous consult with the surgeon and ceo himself he referred me to like head of his orthodontists to check my bite and ask some questions, today the ortho referred me to prosthodontist who is literally going to reposition my jaw (take it out of the tmj and set it naturally). If it turns out my jaw is in an unnatural position because of the orthodontic camouflage i previously had, we’ll move toward bimax. If not, the surgeon said he'll perform just genio. Honestly i think it’s not worth risking a major surgery or interfering with orthodontics again. Genio is always something i think its the way to go. I doubt my jaw is unnaturally set. Overall, the clinic is great. The surgeon who owns it inspired me a long time ago and I started watching his old interviews and shit. His clinic looks so professional and the synergy is amazing like there’s such a good flow of information between everyone, and everything happens in one place. So far ive spent $450 on two visits.

From what I know my airway size is not the best so even if my jaw is alligned properly on the tmj im sure we can work this out, the question is do i want to go through this and wear braces for quite a long time
