I'm lucky that mine isn't too projected so fixing it surgically won't be a big deal. I'll get an anterior segmental osteotomy to fix the dental alveolar process braces alone won't fix and trimax along with it. This and braces should get entirely rid of my prognathism, if some is still existent I'll get an anterior nasal spine augmentation.
An earlier alternative used to be Lefort 2 to also highlight a few other issues but for those I'll probably get a rhinoplasty and midface implants.
Money-wise I'll be able to get it by the end of 2026 but obviously I'll already consult earlier.
