Talked to me parents today that I seriously need to see a psychiatrist. I don't know what's exactly wrong with me but I feel like I can't get out of the loop of unsuccessful life for over 6 yearsno matter how much "discipline" , gurus and self help book I studied. They don't work for me. I can't just "grow up" and be on time , keep my room tidy or focus on anything. Fortunately , they know mental illnesses are not made up and one needs to see a professional to diagnose and find a way to help you. My self diagnosis tells me I have it all. OCD , ADHD, anxiety , autism and BDD.

Hooray! me too brocel.

My stress level is sky high. I'M NOT DEPRESSED. But after my last LSD trip my brain got fried a little bit more than usual and I'm chronically stressed.

I think they gonna prescribed me some shit like Xanax, Lyrica or what? I truly need it tho...
