I now have a upper pallet expander and braces on the bottom teeth, now I think i get the expander of in 6 months and get upper braces as well as rubber bands eventually. The whole processe is like 18 months

Wider smile and hopefully more, also getting braces to so straight more aligned teeth, hopefully this makes some good improvement on my face
