I got braces for about 2-3 months, now my bitch ass dentist says I have to get number 21 extracted to make shit symmetrical. I'm afraid im gonna get recessed but someone told me extracting 21 wont make that much of a difference how fucked am i

If you don't want it gone this bad, just say no. They cannot force you, at least to my belief.

You could likely search through more orthos if you aren't on an insane budget, but if money is tight, you may have to get it removed. One premolar out won't help you at all, but it won't descend you to the point where you need to do anything drastic.
