Soon I'll be 22, but my skin hasn't changed, my stamina is way better than when I was fatty at 18 years old.

It's different for everybody, some are looking aged at 23 others still look the same in their early 40's, as a general rule the wall is not 30 but 30's as a whole, you will look pretty much the same at 21 than at 30 but by the time you turn 40 you are pretty much guaranteed to be deteriorated or at least that's the case for almost everyone.
