im getting paranoid abt my hearing

ive alr had surgeries on both ears bc of problems during childhood with my ears
I got warned by the specialist I was with that I shouldn't listen to music with my headphones at full volume etc
now I'm starting to hear ringing noises and my ear hurts from time to time

its so over if I turn deaf whats teh point of living at that point
