I just started doing aqualyx injections and holy fuck it hurts. I severly underestimated it, i did 12 injections, and took a break to charge my phone im going back to the bathroom soon and doing the 24 to go

Is there anything i can do to reduce the pain?
Ive already applied lidocaine multiple times, taken 800mg of ibuprofen,1500mg of paracetamol, sadly i dont think theres any cough syrup or anything in the house

The reason i choose aqualyx isnt to appear lean its to slightly change the distribution of the fat so i dont need to remove that much, even just a slight change i believe could really help me as a compactcell

Don‘t you want to avoid ibuprofen with aqualyx because of its anti inflammatory properties

Yes but it was so severe the first day that i had to get the swelling down to able to larp just falling to my parents

1. You are using needles that are too thick
2. You hit the muscle
In the first case, just buy insulin syringes, and do not use very thin syringes, as the drug may not be able to pass through them.
In the second case, only practice and knowledge of anatomy will probably help. The fat deposits on the face are at a depth of 4-8 mm, and you need to learn to understand which layer you are in based on the sensation of the needle insertion.
But if you still feel pain, you can use lidocaine cream, but I don't recommend it because it can worsen sensitivity

The needle was small as shit,32g and i used lidocaine

I didnt hit a muscle the actual aqualyx just stings a ton
