im getting red dots on my skin

fuck, it looks like the red dots that u get when u punch something very solid with ur knuckes.

Except i didnt punch anything, its appearing on my forearm. not only that but i also have red marks that looks like someone with a highlighter pen wrote, just less transparent. for like a week or 2 weeks now tbh.

i looked at my bicep just minutes ago and it also looked like a highlighter but much more visible so i scratched it very softly and i looked closely and even more red dots appeared.

Also just like 2 days ago my palm skin was transparent af like u could see every vein blue af, probably not related though tbh, i cant find any pics of anything similar to this too.

i forgot to say i had a dream and someone stabbed my forearm repeatedly with needles.

i dont know what happened earlier though red dots or the dream

Take some anti-histamines and see if it goes away. You can try topical or oral it doesn't really matter.

If you can't get anything get your doctor to prescribe some for you. If it doesn't go away after that you should probably talk to a doctor about it.
