Guys never go to a high bodyfta percentage. Its not worth it. Even as Im giga lean now. I got jowls and only recently got rid off Suprahyoid supraplatysmal fat right under my chin.
It perma stretcheso ut ur skin, and the fat storage is more or less permenant unless u get procedures done.
Im working on the jowel area right now hopefully this will ascend me hella,
