I'm getting tormented by my dreams that much that Ion wanna sleep anymore

For the past few weeks Ive had a few dreams bout killing ppl n its FUCKING AWFUL.
Most times Ik that im dreaming when im dreaming, but now i cant realise that. They r way too realistic.
The dreams consist of me either being alone at home or js being outside, finding smb,b killing em n then i get physically tortured. N THEY JS STACK ON, MEANING THAT I WHEN I DREAM I THINK THAT MY PREVIOUS DREAMS WERE REAL TOO

As an example i js had a dream bout how Im home alone. A kid n his grandpa came, cuz they r family friends. For some fucking reason i knocked em out cold n then had to hide the bodies smh. Then i started remembering my previous dreams, but i didnt remember em as dreams but as a reality. Then came the part where wtv i did i would always end up remembering that i killed two ppl n that now im gonna get caught. At least i woke up right b4 smth bad happened to me. I js want these dreams to stop, its a pure torture

They were random, i still have them sometimes.

All my dreams are lucid dreams and i only dream about fucking, killing, and fighting
