I’m getting weaker at pull ups despite doing them regularly

A couple of months ago I could do 8 chest to bar pull ups, and was doing sets of 6 without issue throughout the day. Now I struggle to get the 6th rep whenever I do them

I’ve been caloriemaxxing but haven’t gained much weight so idk why

Also having alot of calories dont matter for strength

Hypertrophy is not a metabolic process

Same. I can do less reps now but probably because I do them everyday.

You might have gained more weight than you think.

I mean I may have gained weight, thus making it harder
But I haven’t

I haven’t though. I was eating around 3500 calories a day, now near 4000 probs, and still around 73 kg both times

I do 6 sets of 6 pull ups throughout the day on week days, 10 sets of 6 on Saturday, none of Sunday

Do bigger breaks nigga let your body heal do ATLEAST 1 day break nigga
