it’s 100% more than just a skin color, there are asians lighter skinned than me but that doesn’t make them white. But yes slavs are white, anybody of European descent is white. But race is based on appearance, it doesn’t matter if you’re of european descent if you’re dark skinned (for a white person) with dark hair and dark eyes, people are going to treat you like you’re not white.

It’s weird to me when lightskinned Arabs try to tell me they’re white, skin color is pretty much the least important feature in determining race, you can tell that an albino black person is black, for example. If you’re a lightskinned arab and I can tell that you’re a lightskinned arab, you’re not white, there’s nothing wrong with that.
