btw if u want to go numb mode u could try ashwagandha tbh
3+ grams and u should feel nothing within an hour or so of taking it but idk how long it lasts for some reason it goes quick thru me

I drink it. Smoking works but it leaves you feeling "fried" and like a hangover afterwards. I actually don't smoke anything anymore.

Yes that CAN happen, but usually it's only if I take too much (like more than 2 nutmegs). 1/2 to 1 nutmeg pet day seems to be the sweetspot for me where I get almost all the positive effects without any crash.
