im going insane

I can’t stop myself from constantly thinking how I look and others portray me. my days go quick by skipping parties and going out to events

haven’t even tasted my favorite foods like pizza, mac n cheese or even pizza or any desserts for little over a year bc itll bloat the hell out of me and make me fat n my parents are concerned

every single physical trait that I lack is unchangeable.

I do a sport in which you have to lose weight to compete, eating healthy and doing everything right just drained me. Sometimes you gotta let go and do what you really want, a minor set back for a major come back

my current friends make fun of my routines and practices because they are extreme and unnecessary. but honestly its what makes me happy. but what makes me happy distances me from everyone, shallowing my social battery to absolutely zero
