I wonder if i can drop to an even lower bf by eating meat only
First few weeks I’ll probably be consuming my own body fat if satiation is below my calorie maintenance
But once that limit reaches. Ill have to eat more meat to conpensate hunger, but my body wil be used to converting fat to energy.
So maybe after a few weeks in just need to consume extra fat from the beef.

The reason i want to so this is because i have a constant micro headache which is probably due to sugar spikes after meals
