I’m going to a job fair or open house tomorrow

Never been to one. What is it like? I’m worried that I STILL somehow won’t get hired like the million interviews I went to last year. I’m afraid it’s basically gonna be more interviews or I’m gonna need a lot of work experience that I don’t have

its kind of a meme unless ur good at leaving a lasting impression on an employer

you should know which companies u want to talk to before attending and go to some shitty ones u dont wanna work for to practice warming up ur elevator speech or whatever

you'll just introduce urself and hand them ur resume, blah blah blah and sometimes theyll offer an interview the same day but prolly not

more than likely theyll just filter through the resumes later and prioritize anyone who left a lasting impression

i never went to one, always just applied online and always secured an interview cuz i know how to resumemaxx
