I’m going to change my life starting today. I have ate like shit. I have ldared too long now. I have been through this lifestyle and it sucks

It’s horrible, I wouldn’t care about my hygiene, I would eat like straight shit forgetting the fact that I come from a family history of heart attacks and strokes

for the past few days I’ve had really bad circulation too. and that’s the breaking point

Ive eaten so bad, and not exercised, ldared, etc for so long that ive actually gotten signs of bad cardiovascular health

If I keep this up I will surely die…

I am basically killing myself ldaring

I won’t follow this lifestyle anymore

My body is crying for help.

I have to change
