A few days ago I went to this party with my friends, I mostly talked to one of them the entire time, but about 30-45 minutes into the party I ran into this girl whom I used/am in love with, we spoke for about 2-3 minutes she asked me if I though her costume was cute and made me say it was amazing and I done the same to her. I couldn't help but stare into her eyes and realise that any feelings of affection for me was non-existent, there was a time where we'd spend all night speaking to one another even though we had school in the morning, we'd send each other silly tiktoks about how two cats were literally us, but she acted like like it never even happened, as if I was a childhood friend instead of someone who said “I love you”, to her. But about 30 seconds into the conversation one of her friends steps next to her and asks if I remember her, at first I don't, but she mentions a series of prank calls that I received after me and this girl were over. The conversation continues and as I walk away I hear her say to her friend “yeah I've got him blocked on everything.” and “don't worry, I'm happy with [insert name of boyfriend].”, when I heard that, I wanted to run to the bathroom and spend the duration of the party in there, she used to love me, she liked me first, she called me her sweet boy, her prince, and she acts as if I'm some guy from class who asked for the answer to a question. What is the point in living if the only girl I said “I love you”, to doesn't even think of me as an
