Good idea unironically, Clav and I spoke about doing this about 2 years ago.
I actually acquired $900 worth of tools for it jfl, the only thing I was missing was the nano fat centrifuge.
Just keep in mind how hard it’s gonna be to harvest, the obliques are pure nerves and even though it doesn’t hurt, you’ll be flinching just purely from reflexes, also use a manual grafting harvesting tool, it kills less fat but may be brutally painful.
For me, the risk vs reward was too high, and for the ROI it was better to have it done overseas by a professional.
Best of luck though, idk if I made a thread about it, but it shouldn’t be overwhelmingly hard, that being said it can easily be fatal
You should honestly look into PLLA filler, creates semi permanent collagen formation, just top it up every year or so, super easy DIY in easy areas (just use a pilot hole then cannula) and takes like 5 mins.
It’s like PDOs, if you can take the 10 minutes it takes to do every 6 months you’ll live a life with smooth skin.
