The DNP cycle will last 7 days as follows:
day 1: 1 gram
day 2: 1 gram
day 3: 1 gram
day 4: 750 mg
day 5: 750 mg
day 6: 750 mg
day 7: 750 mg
diet will consist of lot of skim milk, lots of eggs, orange juice, coffee w/sugar, honey, whey protein, carrot salad, coconut oil, dates, rice, chicken, beef liver, and oysters
supplements i will take to mitigate the side effects of rapid weight loss:
vitamin e (300 IU daily)
niacinamide (500 mg daily)
aspirin (325 mg daily, diluted in water w/ baking soda)
few tablespoons of coconut oil
vitamin d (5000 IU daily)
glycine (9 grams daily)
Cyproheptadine (1-3mg) will be taken if i have problems with digestion or sleep.
i expect to lose 10 pounds of pure fat in 7 days with this cycle
