My balls hang too low and so I decided to do a scrotoplasty to fix it. The aesthetic of the ballsack is a very underrated because it also impacts how big your dick appear from the women's point of view when she does a BJ.
A serious looksmaxer should know about it. You must check if you have a saggy scrotum. The surgery shouldn't be too bad because it should affect only the skin. I already had testicular surgery in the past where they took my testicle out of the ballsack, then they clean the scrotum of liquids (hydrocele), put back the testicle in and closed it with stitches. This one should hurt less because the surgery isn't in your testicles

It shouldn't be painful, even in the other surgery where they actually pulled out my testicles from the scrotum and then put them back in the pain was only for a week and well managed with pain medications. This one should be almost painless

i likely have to get peyronies surgery ideally with plication but in the worst case get a penile implant inserted + scrotoplasty to fix either my peyronies or congenital curvature (not sure which I have tbh)

this is the scariest thing of my life to be quite frank

also what was the hydrocele like? i think i may have epididymitis my balls are achy, tender, and the surrounding groin region / upper corner where the vas deferens and spermiatic cord are feel weird and full, achy

why would u want the 2nd one, i would do anything for my ballsack to hang low all the time, makes me relaxed, when its tight and close i have fear of ball sliding to the hip

I had quite a big hydrocele....it was as big as a mango and I basically couldn't feel my testicle anymore because it was encircled in liquid. I also suffered from epididimytis in the past but after some time I figured out it was a streptococcus infection and I cured it with antibiotics and d-mannose + oil of oregano (capsules)

The hydrocele surgery wasn't that bad, honestly I only used advil for 5 days which worked amazingly well (but of course you need to stay in bed lying on your back). After a week I was pain free without any pain medication and I could start to walk around freely

It's not aesthetic, a saggy ballsack is what old people have. A healthy scrotum should be small, the balls shouldn't hang

as we speak my ballsack is hanging tight and i fear that my testicle gonna slide to my hip, it may not be aesthetic but its def easier to live with

A saggy ballsack is a very underrated problem, I talked to a couple of plastic surgeons and they told me it's one of the fastest growing surgery for men...a lot of them are doing it without saying it to anyone
