Need serious advice ( eye lift )

I’m considering doing PCL/PDO (DIY) to achieve a more positive canthal tilt.

I’ve seen people say that it can easily be fucked up and that the results are often minimal. On the other hand, I’ve also seen Clav get it done, and he said it worked well and looked good.

I’m looking for high-IQ answers from people who have actually tryd it or have extensive knowledge and experience with it. I’d especially appreciate honest opinions about the potential benefits, risks, and how noticeable the results realistically are.
